• Use HURICO services lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully. We provide information and legal aid services subject to these Terms.
• Information on this site is general; it is not a substitute for legal advice for your unique situation.
• Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We use essential cookies and optional analytics (with your choice).
• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except for processing errors; multi-currency support is available.
• Ugandan law applies. Disputes: amicable resolution → mediation → arbitration (where appropriate).

By accessing any HURICO site, resource, or Portal (collectively, the “Services”), you accept these Terms and any linked policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for your account activity.
• We may enable MFA for security. Do not share verification codes.
• We may suspend access for misuse, legal risk, or threats to users or systems.

• Respect others: no harassment, hate, or abuse.
• No unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• No uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• For sensitive cases, follow staff guidance and applicable law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

• Donations support our mission. Currency options include UGX, EUR, USD, GBP and others as displayed on the donations page.
• Receipts are issued. Refunds are not guaranteed; processing errors will be reviewed.

• We implement security safeguards (encryption, access controls). No system is 100% secure.
• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HURICO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HURICO against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, mediation is encouraged. Where appropriate, disputes may proceed to arbitration under applicable rules.

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. We may suspend or terminate access for cause (e.g., misuse, legal obligations).
